Not only is this going to extend the life of the sponge, but it’s also going to remove any bacterial growth that might occur from coming in contact with our hands/skin. So, generally speaking, and depending on the quality of the sponge and how you maintain it, a blending sponge should last around 3 months, with some lasting an extra month or two with proper care.
